Each provider has different conditions, but we have negotiated the best protective terms to benefit our guests and support local businesses. In some cases, cancellations due to Covid-19 are available up to 48 hours before arrival, with allowance to full reimbursement or change of dates with no penalization.
‘Safe Travels’ Certification
The tourism industry had to adapt to all the changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic to guarantee the safety of travelers before, during, and after visiting their destination. That’s why the World Health Organization and the World Travel and Tourism Council developed a set of safety protocols called Safe Travels. This certification monitors the correct application of all established hygiene and sanitation protocols, which will be updated as this global contingency develops.
Our current top priority is to protect the health and safety of all who travel and surf with The Ocean Spell, our guests, our clients and our dedicated staff. As a result, we have reinforced our cleaning and hygiene standards as well as our operational, safety and health protocols. We are closely monitoring the evolving situation of Covid-19 with our medical experts, the World Health Organization, the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the different governments, and WTTC.
