Surfing<\/h2>\r\nThe location is privileged surrounded by very different world-class waves. Around 70% of the waves in the Mentawai Islands can be accessed within one hour by speedboat from Aloita Resort. \r\n\r\nSome of the best ones are in the backyard, like Telescopes within 10 minutes away a perfect never-ending left, or Scarecrows a ripping left, or challenging Icelands and some very fun mellow friendly waves just off the island. \r\n\r\nYou can book the surf pass, with two surf transfers per day with the qualified surf guides who will take you to the best waves depending on conditions.
